Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 1 April 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Fincrest's website and participation in our programmes. Please read them carefully before registering for any service or making a payment.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website at fincrest.biz, submitting an enquiry, or registering for a programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
2. Our Services
Fincrest provides financial education programmes and advisory services for individuals and business owners based in Singapore. Our current programme offerings include:
- Foundations of Financial Decision-Making — a 4-week educational programme (SGD 245)
- REIT Investing in Singapore — a 5-week educational programme (SGD 480)
- Financial Mentorship for Business Owners — a 10-week advisory programme (SGD 1,100)
Programme details, formats, durations, and pricing are as described on our website at the time of enrolment. Fincrest reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or update programme content from time to time. Where material changes are made to an active enrolment, we will notify participants in advance.
3. Educational Nature of Services
Fincrest provides financial education — the development of knowledge, frameworks, and analytical skills relating to financial concepts. Our programmes are educational in nature and do not constitute:
- Financial advice, investment advice, or any regulated financial service under the Securities and Futures Act (Cap. 289) or the Financial Advisers Act (Cap. 110) of Singapore
- A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any specific financial product or security
- Tax, legal, accounting, or professional advice of any kind
Participants are encouraged to seek independent professional advice before making any significant financial decisions. The knowledge and frameworks shared in our programmes are intended to support your own thinking, not to substitute for qualified professional guidance.
Past performance of any financial instrument discussed for educational purposes is not indicative of future performance. All financial decisions carry inherent uncertainty.
4. Enrolment and Programme Access
4.1 Eligibility
Our programmes are open to individuals aged 18 and over. Participation in the Financial Mentorship for Business Owners programme is available to business owners and entrepreneurs operating in Singapore.
4.2 Enrolment process
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full programme payment and a written confirmation from Fincrest. Submitting an enquiry or expression of interest does not constitute a confirmed enrolment.
4.3 Session scheduling
Session times and dates are arranged by mutual agreement. Participants are responsible for attending sessions as scheduled. Where a participant is unable to attend a session with less than 24 hours' notice, Fincrest will endeavour to reschedule where possible, subject to availability, but cannot guarantee rescheduling in all cases.
4.4 Programme materials
Programme materials provided (including journals, toolkits, and frameworks) are for the personal use of the enrolled participant and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written consent from Fincrest.
5. Fees and Payment
Programme fees are as stated on our website at the time of enrolment. All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is required before programme commencement unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed in writing with Fincrest. We accept payment via bank transfer and selected online payment platforms as communicated during the enrolment process.
Fincrest reserves the right to revise programme fees. Any fee changes will apply to new enrolments only and will not affect confirmed enrolments where payment has already been received.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1 Cancellation by participant
If you wish to cancel your enrolment, please notify us in writing at [email protected]. The following refund schedule applies:
- More than 7 days before programme commencement: Full refund, less any bank or payment processing fees.
- 3 to 7 days before programme commencement: 50% refund.
- Less than 3 days before commencement, or after commencement: No refund. Where sessions have commenced, fees for completed sessions are non-refundable.
6.2 Cancellation by Fincrest
In the unlikely event that Fincrest is unable to deliver a programme as confirmed (for example, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control), we will notify you as soon as practicable and offer either a rescheduled programme or a full refund of fees paid.
6.3 Deferral
Requests to defer enrolment to a later cohort or programme date may be accommodated at Fincrest's discretion, where notice is given at least 3 days before commencement.
7. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully and constructively throughout all programme interactions. Fincrest reserves the right to discontinue a participant's access to a programme without refund in cases of:
- Persistent disruptive, disrespectful, or abusive behaviour
- Sharing or distributing programme materials without authorisation
- Misrepresentation of qualifications or business context at the time of enrolment
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and within our programmes — including text, frameworks, toolkits, exercises, and materials — is the intellectual property of Fincrest or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written consent.
You may print or download materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires written permission from Fincrest.
9. Confidentiality
During the course of a programme, both parties may share information of a sensitive or confidential nature. Fincrest treats all personal and business information shared by participants as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Participants are asked to treat information shared by Fincrest's educators and facilitators — including unpublished frameworks, methodologies, and session content — as confidential and not to share it with third parties without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Fincrest's aggregate liability to you in connection with any programme or use of our website shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that programme.
Fincrest shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage arising from your participation in a programme or use of our website, including but not limited to any financial loss resulting from decisions made on the basis of programme content.
Nothing in these Terms limits Fincrest's liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- Use the website in any way that is unlawful or that could harm Fincrest or third parties
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its infrastructure
- Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications via the website

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution before initiating formal proceedings.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal obligations. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
