Frequently Asked

Who are these programmes designed for?

The programmes are designed for adults in Singapore who want to engage more thoughtfully with financial concepts. This includes working professionals looking to sharpen their personal finance thinking, individuals exploring investment options, and business owners who want to better manage the financial dimensions of their enterprise. No prior financial training is assumed.

How are sessions conducted?

Sessions can be held in person at our office on Collyer Quay, or conducted online via video call — whichever suits your circumstances. The Mentorship programme for business owners is always conducted individually. The Foundations and REIT programmes can accommodate small groups as well as one-to-one arrangements.

What is included with each programme?

Each programme includes the sessions themselves plus supporting materials tailored to the topic — a decision-making journal for the Foundations programme, a REIT analysis toolkit and watchlist framework for the REIT programme, and a business financial health diagnostic with an integration plan for the Mentorship service. All materials are yours to keep and continue using after the programme concludes.

Do I need a background in finance to participate?

You do not. The Foundations programme, in particular, is designed for anyone who makes financial choices in daily life — which is most people. The REIT programme introduces concepts from the ground up. For the Mentorship service, a basic familiarity with your own business finances is helpful, but formal qualifications or training are not expected.

How do I start the enrolment process?

Simply send us an enquiry using the contact form on this page, or reach us directly by phone or email. We'll arrange a short conversation to understand your situation and help you determine which programme, if any, is a good match. There's no pressure — this is an exploratory conversation first.

What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand that schedules change. Sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Our full cancellation terms are outlined in our Terms & Conditions and discussed during the initial conversation. We aim to be straightforward about this from the outset.

Are the programmes accredited or regulated?

Fincrest's programmes are educational in nature and are not regulated financial advice products under the Monetary Authority of Singapore's licensing framework. Participants are encouraged to supplement their learning with advice from licensed professionals when making specific investment or business financial decisions. Our role is to build understanding, not to manage your finances on your behalf.
